Orange Rubber

The Aerodyne Pearl carries a quieter, more reflective note within the collection - its name a gentle echo of a moment that shaped history. Mirroring the Tenee in spirit, it features a crisp white dial contrasted by black and orange accents, offering the same clear, purposeful legibility in a lighter, more understated palette. With its balanced, flieger-inspired design and softened tone, the Pearl stands as a study in restraint and clarity - an instrument watch that feels both considered and quietly distinctive.

ASSEMBLED IN-HOUSE

Each Aerodyne is proudly assembled in-house, allowing us to maintain complete control over quality and detail at every stage. This hands-on approach ensures that every watch reflects the care, precision, and craftsmanship that define our brand - making each piece not just a product, but a personal expression of our commitment to excellence.

FRED NOONAN

History has a habit of remembering its heroes in broad strokes. Names become symbols; faces become myths. Amelia Earhart - poised, fearless, and endlessly ambitious - remains one such figure, her legacy etched indelibly into the story of flight. Yet, beside her in the cockpit of the Lockheed Model 10 Electra, charting courses across vast and indifferent oceans, sat a man whose story has too often faded into the margins.

Fred Noonan was not simply a companion on Earhart’s final flight, he was its navigator - the individual responsible for guiding their aircraft across some of the most remote and unforgiving expanses on Earth. In an age before satellites, digital instruments, or reliable long-range communication, the act of navigation was a craft requiring precision, patience, and no small measure of intuition. Noonan was among the very best.

BUILT IN-HOUSE

Ten years ago, Oliver - co-founder of Marloe - had a dream: to create a watch brand that embraced the unique, captured the romance of mechanical movements, and made them accessible to those stepping into the world of horology for the first time. That dream found its perfect counterpart in industrial designer Gordon Fraser, and together they’ve brought it to life.

Twenty collections and 20,000 watches later, Marloe stands for uncompromising design and remarkable quality. And now, in our tenth year, we’ve taken a bold step forward - bringing watch assembly in-house. This marks a new chapter not only for us, but for British watchmaking itself. It’s a move that deepens our connection to craftsmanship, elevates our standards, and reaffirms our commitment to building something lasting and meaningful.

One of our favourite young British brands, Marloe watches cannot be matched for great British value

Marloe caught our eye for two reasons - one, their care and craftsmanship, and two, their thoroughly reasonable prices

ROBUST YET ELEGANT

The Aerodyne case is a study in simplicity and authenticity, measuring 38mm across and under 10mm thick - perfectly proportioned to slip under a cuff while maintaining presence on the wrist. Inspired by 1930s manufacturing methods, it’s crafted by turning on a lathe, resulting in a clean, uni-body design with minimal flourishes. This approach delivers a robust yet elegant profile that feels true to its aviation heritage: slim, neat, and purposefully straightforward.

INTEGRATED

Designed exclusively for the Aerodyne, our steel bracelet offers a purposeful alternative to leather.

Manufactured from marine‑grade 316L stainless steel and finished in a uniform fully blasted matte (with anti-fingerprint coating) - the solid steel screw-links provide strength and reassuring weight, while quick‑release spring bars allow for easy, tool‑free fitting.

A folding clasp features discreet Marloe engraving and, crucially, an on‑the‑go micro‑adjustment system, allowing the fit to be fine‑tuned in seconds as conditions change.
