Returns

We hope that you love your new Marloe watch, but if for any reason you need to return or exchange your item(s), you can do so using this form - Returns Form.

RETURNS POLICY

Watches and accessories can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt subject to the goods remaining in original, unworn condition with the original packaging. For all returns, please ensure you complete a Returns Form and include it in the returned package. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning your items, as the goods are your responsibility whilst in transit. We aim to process refunds and/or exchanges within 5 working days of receiving the return.

If you have not received your refund within 10 days of returning your order, please contact us and a member of the team will look into it for you. Please note that we will be unable to assist you if you have not retained proof of postage. 

Please note: original delivery charge is excluded from refunds.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Simple complete in a Returns Form, noting your reason for return and any further information we may require, and include the form with your items, packaged securely and safely. Once shipped please make a note of the tracking number, ensuring to keep a copy of proof of postage. Please allow 5-10 working days for the parcel to arrive with us, especially if sent from outside the EU. 

EXCHANGES

If you request an exchange, we send your exchanged items to you via our DHL tracked and signed service - you'll receive a tracking number as soon as the item ships.
