OUR 30-DAY RETURNS POLICY
We hope you’re delighted with your new Marloe watch. However, if you need to return or exchange your item for any reason, you have 30 days to send it back to us.
FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We’re delighted to now offer free returns for all customers (with our shipping partner DHL). Simply click the relevant link below to begin your return or exchange:

Once your return is processed, please package your item securely and follow the steps outlined in the portal. After shipping, make sure to note your tracking number and keep your proof of postage in a safe place.
RETURNS POLICY
Watches and accessories can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided they remain in original, unworn condition and include all original packaging.
We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 3 working days of receiving your return.
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 days of sending your order back, please get in touch and a member of our team will look into it for you. Please note that we’re unable to assist without proof of postage.
