Just like a car engine, a mechanical watch is made up of hundreds of tiny moving parts that require lubrication and care to perform at their best. Over time, oils can dry out, microscopic dust can accumulate, and components can experience wear. Servicing helps prevent long-term damage, ensures accuracy, and keeps your watch running smoothly for years to come. Regular maintenance is the best way to protect your investment and enjoy your watch for generations.

We recommend that you have a maintenance service carried out at least every 3-5 years.

The cost of a full service depends on the model, with prices starting from £199. You'll see the exact price for your watch on the second page of our Workshop Form after selecting ‘Service’.

The service price includes movement part replacements where required. If we identify any additional work - such as a crystal replacement - we’ll always provide a quote and get your approval before proceeding.

We try to turn all repairs and servicing around within 4-6 weeks from receipt of watch.

To return your watch to the workshop, please complete the form above with all the necessary information. Once submitted, you’ll be provided with the shipping address for our workshop, along with any additional instructions.

A full movement service (complete disassembly, inspection, part replacement, clean and re-assembly with fresh oils and lubricants), case ultrasonically cleaned (and polished for an additional £99), regulated in 4 positions, and a brand new strap.

Domestic: we cover the cost of returning your watch to you and will notify you as soon as it's ready to be returned.

International: we offer heavily subsidised rates to have your watch returned to you upon completion of work.

No, not necessarily, but we do ask that the watch is protected in transit as we're not liable for the timepiece until it arrives with us.

If your watch is in the workshop for a repair we'll quote prior to carrying out any work (following an inspection). If we're servicing your watch we'll be in touch upon completion of the service to process payment.

All Marloe watches are protected by a warranty, the duration of which varies by model.

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Please note, it does not extend to damage resulting from everyday wear and tear, accidental impact, misuse, or any servicing carried out outside of our approved facilities.
