Shareholder Update
Over the past decade, we’ve established ourselves as a respected and valued brand in an exceptionally competitive industry. The 2024/25 period has marked a pivotal chapter in our journey - a time of meaningful transition and forward momentum.
We’re now beginning to see the tangible results of these changes, along with an exciting glimpse of what’s to come. Preliminary figures show revenue reaching £1.3 million - a 25% increase on the previous year. This is a significant achievement, especially given the broader economic climate.
Beyond revenue growth, we’ve also made major operational strides: we’ve invested in and built our own in-house workshop, appointed a Head Watchmaker, and now proudly handle assembly and aftersales internally. These developments not only enhance quality and control, but also lay the foundation for the next stage of our evolution.
FOCUS ROUND
Following two successful funding rounds on Crowdcube, we’re now preparing for a third - aimed at expanding our assembly team and accelerating our entry into the US market.
As a gesture of appreciation, we’re offering the first tranche of shares exclusively to our existing shareholders, and at the same share price as our previous round: £0.500887 - despite the fact that our most recent quarter was our strongest revenue-wise to date.
We’re currently forecasting £1.3 million in revenue for 2024/25, with plans to double revenue over the next 3 years as we continue to upscale both our operations and international reach.
