If you would like to clean your Marloe watch, we recommend using damp cloth to wipe the case and crystal - but do not use abrasive compounds as they could scratch the case and/or crystal.
As Marloe watches use mechanical hand-wound movements, they do require servicing but not as regularly as you might think. We recommend having a professional take a look every 3-5 years just to ensure your Marloe timepiece runs smoothly and lasts a lifetime.
A standard watch service usually includes a complete disassembly of case and movement, placing the parts in special solutions to dissolve oil residue, dirt and dust. The movement is then reassembled and special oils are applied to lubricate the essential parts as the watch is being put back together. In most cases the seals will also be replaced, since they are usually generic, relatively cheap and readily available for most watches. This will ensure your watch stays to the water-resistant specifications it came with.
We ship all over the world, but due to circumstances beyond our control, there are some countries that we’re unable to ship to. If you’re country isn’t on the list at checkout (which we’re always adding to) then please get in touch and we will see what we can do.
Yes, all our watches are water proof. Each model details the level of resistance in the specification. As a guide, we recommend following these rules:
3ATM - water resistant but we don't recommend swimming with it on
5ATM - water resistant but we don't recommend swimming with it on
10ATM - water proof to a depth of around 10 meters
