How long does it take to receive a valuation?
We endeavour to appraise and value all Trade watches within 7 days.
Can I trade my Marloe watch for cash?
Currently we're only able to offer you the value against a new purchase or as a gift card.
Can you offer a valuation by email?
Unfortunately we're not able to offer you a valuation for your watch without a full appraisal. We may be able to give you a ball-park figure but no firm offer will be made until we've received the timepiece and carried out our appraisal.
What if I reject the value from Marloe?
No problem at all, although Marloe Watch Company cannot be held liable for the cost of returning the watch - shipping will be invoiced in this circumstance.
What happens to my watch once traded in?
Watches processed through Trade will be serviced and restored, and made available again through Marketplace.
Can I trade in a watch that was purchased elsewhere or gifted to me?
Absolutely, you're able to trade in any Marloe watch regardless of its source.
