All Marloe watches are covered by a warranty which varies in length depending on the model. These warranties cover any manufacturing defects, but do not cover damage that may occur from normal wear and tear and everyday use, nor do they cover servicing.

Repairing your watch

If you would like Marloe to carry out any warranty or non-warranty repairs to your timepiece, simply complete the Repairs Form and include it in the returned package (return address detailed on the form).

We aim to repair all watches within 4 weeks, but some repairs can take longer. We will keep you informed of the status of your repair and will never carry out any chargeable work until we have your approval.

Warranty

If you would like to know if your watch is covered by a warranty before returning it to us, simply contact us and we'll be able to inform you of its status. Unfortunately, warranties are non-transferable, and are only valid for the original purchaser. A warranty is also invalidated if the rear casing of the watch has been removed or tampered with in any way.

Servicing

We're also able to service your timepiece - please see our Service page for more information.

One of our favourite young British brands, Marloe watches cannot be matched for great British value.

GQ Magazine

Marloe caught our eye for two reasons - one, their care and craftsmanship, and two, their thoroughly reasonable prices.
