All Marloe watches are covered by a warranty which varies in length depending on the model. These warranties cover all manufacturing defects, but do not cover damages that may occur from normal wear and tear and every day use, nor do they cover servicing. A warranty is invalidated if the rear casing has been removed or tampered with in any way.
If you would like Marloe to carry out any warranty or non-warranty repairs to your timepiece, simply complete the Repairs Form and include it in the returned package (return address is detailed on the form).
We aim to repair all watches within 2-4 weeks, but some repairs can take longer. We will keep you informed of the status of your repair and will never carry out any chargeable work until we have your approval.
If you would like to know if your watch is covered by a warranty before returning it to us simply contact us and we'll be able to inform you of it's status. Unfortunately warranties are non-transferable, and are only valid for the original purchaser.
We are also able to service your timepiece and can quote prior to you returning your watch to us - simply contact us to obtain a quote.
