WATCH ASSEMBLER

We’ve been assembling watches in‑house for six months now, and already the bench is busier than ever. What began as a natural progression of our long‑held belief in making things properly has quickly become a defining part of who we are - hands-on, detail-obsessed, and committed to doing the hard work ourselves. As demand continues to grow, we’re expanding the team at Marloe and looking for a skilled Watch Assembler who shares that same respect for craft and the quiet satisfaction that comes from getting every tiny detail right.

It’s an exciting moment to join us. Marloe is part of a broader rejuvenation of British watchmaking: a movement built on independent thinking, transparency, and a return to the workshop bench. As we scale up our assembly capabilities and invest in new projects - from limited-edition collaborations to future mechanical developments - we’re laying the foundations for long‑term growth. If you’d like to be part of a small, ambitious team helping shape the next chapter of British watchmaking, we’d love to talk. If this could be you, please do get in touch.

Absolutely unparalleled products and service. I'm confident that this store will be the next big thing in its industry, and that its products will be timeless.
