The draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Marloe Watch Company and their immediate family members.
Only one entry per email address is permitted. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
Entry into the draw closes at 23:59 BST on Sunday 16 August. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
A total of five (5) entrants will be selected at random.
The selected entrants will win the opportunity to purchase one (1) of the five limited-edition Watchmaker Edition watches. No watch is awarded free of charge.
The selected entrants will be drawn at random within 7 days of the draw closing.
Selected entrants will be notified by email and must respond within 7 days. If a selected entrant does not respond within this period, declines the opportunity to purchase the watch, or is otherwise unable to complete the purchase, Marloe Watch Company reserves the right to select an alternative entrant.
The opportunity to purchase a watch is personal to the selected entrant and is non-transferable.
The purchase price of the watch, together with any applicable taxes, duties, shipping costs, or import charges, must be paid in full before the watch is dispatched.
The opportunity to purchase a watch cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative product.
Watches purchased through this draw will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of full payment and confirmation of shipping details, subject to availability and any unforeseen delays.
The promoter is Marloe Watch Company, a trading name of FG Watch Group Ltd.
Marloe Watch Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the draw if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
The first initial and surname of the selected entrants may be published on Marloe Watch Company's websites and social media channels. Details will be available on request in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
By entering the draw, entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entry into the draw does not guarantee the right to purchase a watch, and only the five selected entrants will be offered the opportunity to do so.
