The Airway draws its palette from the Airbus A400M Atlas - an aircraft with remarkable presence, its broad swept wings and quartet of turboprops giving it a calm yet commanding authority in the sky. This colourway reflects that same character: purposeful, understated, and instantly recognisable. As a pilot’s watch equipped with a GMT function, the Airway carries that aviation lineage forward, offering clear, intuitive tracking of multiple time zones. The result is a design that feels naturally at home alongside the A400M’s silhouette, pairing utilitarian function with a quiet, confident elegance.

 

The GMT ring features a mid-grey night hemisphere and a teal day hemisphere, giving an immediate visual read on the second time zone. Aviation‑yellow numerals tie directly to the GMT hand and its aircraft‑inspired tip, creating a subtle but unmistakable functional link.

A metallic yellow accent ring sits discreetly between the GMT track and the chamfered minute ring - an understated flash of colour that adds depth and dimension without interrupting the dial’s professional, instrument‑led aesthetic.

To maintain purity and focus, the hands are colour‑matched at their bases, blending into the dial so that only their white, luminous tips remain prominent. The result is superior legibility, reduced distraction, and, frankly, a very cool visual effect that reinforces the SkySplitter’s cockpit DNA.

Ten years ago, Oliver - co-founder of Marloe - had a dream: to create a watch brand that embraced the unique, captured the romance of mechanical movements, and made them accessible to those stepping into the world of horology for the first time. That dream found its perfect counterpart in industrial designer Gordon Fraser, and together they’ve brought it to life.

The SkySplitter case is engineered to feel unmistakably aviation‑inspired - tactile, purposeful, and cockpit‑ready. Its aerodynamic profile features a full‑length polished chamfer and a keyed, machined bezel framing the crystal, paired with a finely knurled screw‑down crown. A 45‑degree chamfer adds a glint of light against the sand‑blasted mid‑case. Crafted from marine‑grade 316L steel with an anti‑fingerprint coating, it’s built to be as resilient as it is refined.

Designed exclusively for the SkySplitter, our steel bracelet offers a purposeful alternative to leather.

Manufactured from marine‑grade 316L stainless steel with a uniform fully blasted matte finish (and anti-fingerprint coating) - the solid steel screw-links provide strength and reassuring weight, while quick‑release spring bars allow for easy, tool‑free fitting.

A folding clasp features discreet Marloe engraving and, crucially, an on‑the‑go micro‑adjustment system, allowing the fit to be fine‑tuned in seconds as conditions change.
