Solent Timer - Black Edition Black Silicone

I visited Marloe with a friend, not expecting to buy a watch, but the black Solent Timer caught my eye as it was striking, and the double crown at a jaunty angle was curious. Oliver explained the internal rotating bezel which is great fun, and the story behind the watch - Sir Alec Rose and his boat My Lively Lady - was inspiring (I immediately bought a signed 1st edition from EBay). The strap is comfortable and the watch is handsome. I love wearing it.

Daytimer - Tableau (Marketplace)

The Daytimer Tableau is a beautiful looking watch that you can dress up with a leather strap, but can also make it look more casual/sporty with a rubber strap. I was worried that the 41mm diameter might be too large for my wrist, but I think the short lug to lug and the use of wire lugs makes it wear very well. This is my fourth Marloe and, as usual, the watch was despatched and delivered very promptly. I highly recommend this classy looking watch (and the Marloe Watch Company), you won't be disappointed.

the watch is beautiful (Coniston Auto CN7), I like using it, but it stops by itself. 40+ hour power reserve for me not achievable. I don't know why. I use it all day and in the morning the watch doesn't work. I also suggest offering a watch with a longer strap to choose from.

The Coniston was my first mechanical watch purchase. I spent a lot of time listening to the background on the watch itself and the company. I appreciated the story of the origin of the company, agreed with the vision, and found the creativity of its design being pulled from events in history to be well thought out. I am a bit of a lume nut too so that was the tipping point for me on this watch. I also bought a t-shirt to wear with my watch to try and get the Marloe name out here a bit more in the USA.
