Welcome to Service - we want to take care of your watch as much as you do.

Much like a car, a mechanical watch requires regular servicing to keep things ticking along nicely. For our watches we recommend a full service every 3-5 years, and we offer menu pricing so there are no nasty surprises. Not only that, but we include a complete case polish and restoration, as well as a brand new strap* to rejuvenate your timepiece.

If you'd like to send your watch in for a full service please complete our Service Request Form and return the watch to the address detailed within. We recommend sending via a trackable and insured service as we cannot take liability for the watch until it has reached us.

A full service takes around 3-5 weeks and we'll be sure to let you know once your watch has arrived safe and sound with us - and again once it's ready to be returned to you. When the service is complete, will be in touch to see which strap you'd like and to send a link to make payment.

In the meantime, if you have any questions regarding Service, please don't hesitate to contact us.

SERVICE FAQ

How long does it take to service a watch?
We try to turn all watch servicing around within 3-5 weeks from receipt of watch.
Can I upgrade my complimentary strap to a more expensive one?
Absolutely, when we've finished servicing your watch you can let us know if you'd like to upgrade the strap and pay the difference.
How is my watch returned to me?
We cover the cost of returning your watch to you, and ship via DHL's Express service, which is tracked and insured.
Do I need to return the watch in the original packaging/box?
No, not necessarily, but we do ask that the watch is protected in transit as we're not liable for the timepiece until it arrives with us.
How and when do I pay for the service?
Once the service on your watch is complete we'll be in touch to take payment, and in turn dispatch your watch back to you.
